This isn't really a question. I just want to say that Public's "Community" system works like a charm for me. I seem to get answers to questions almost immediately. Not only that, you get a variety of responses so that your query is well answered. I'm so glad I switched!!

@ecowen, many of us are here for the same reasons you express. The rewards reinforce long term loyalty.
