Do outgoing calls work? Did you ask to have a number transfered in from another carrier?

I had the same problem. It may have been caused by a phone update. I did a hard reset and my calls started ringing correctly. Good luck!

Oops, a hard reset: turn the phone completely off, wait a couple minutes and turn it back on.
