    <description>&lt;P&gt;If you were suspended for more than 90 days you will have to get a new SIM and create a new account with a new phone number.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it has been less than 90 days you can make a payment via your account or contact support if there's a reason you can not use the self-serve options.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
