There was a post about this in the past and the post said PM was in the process of fixing the affected accounts.

I'd message @CS_Agent or send a support ticket to find out how, exactly, they plan on fixing it. I'm guessing something should be showing in your account by now?

@Steve121 On Oct 23, and 24, PM had an issue with credit not being applied properly. There was also an announcement stating that they would automatically fix it. I guess they might have missed yours. Best to submit a ticket to PM informing them to correct it.
