      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm new to Public and have a question about topping up my roaming plan while abroad. Let's say for example that I purchased the US Data Only option, and I use up all the data while I'm in the USA. Is it possible to call *611 to purchase more data even though I don't have any active roaming addons?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Great information!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Over the few months I have been here I have been doing screen shots of issues (not every one) of buying USA add ons, rebuying them while still away beyond the 10 days, and what resolution is. We used to cross the line quite often but never the less not likely am I going to have long term memory of the issues and the fantastic sharing of resolutions. So after the screen shots I print each page and put them in a duo tang, with an index, which I plan to take while traveling. Then a light &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":light_bulb:"&gt;💡&lt;/span&gt; bulb went on.......how could this be summarized here and easy to add, update and refer to?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then another question. Since there has to be money in your account before you buy a USA add on would it not be prudent to put money in your account beforehand especially if you plan to be there for more than 10 days?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Adding funds via the website is easiest, but if you have a credit card associated with your account, you can add funds by dialing in too.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You can text a moderator ahead of time for their assistance though.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also...you have to have an active plan in order to get any add-ons. If your regular plan expires, you won't be able to use the add-on while in US.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
