This immediately stops service to your phone. Remove your autopay credit card . Then contact a moderator and explain your situation,&amp;nbsp; and ask them to put your phone on the blacklist . Click on the green questionmar in the white circle at the bottom right of your screen . This connects to the autobot Simon.&amp;nbsp; Type moderator and follow the prompts to get to one . Follow the steps to reactivate your service:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If found -&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1 Take your phone off of suspension.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2 Add back your autopay credit card.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3.
