      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I need to "remove" voice mail entiredly from my current plan as i have this forwarded to my work phone and the voice mail stops the call from being forwarded.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How is this done?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
