Very easy,

Step 1 - Press and hold 1 on your calling app on your phone.

Step 2 - It will ask you to set up a new pin number between 4-16 digits.

Step 3 - It will ask you to record your name and message you would like to play when someone is not able to reach you.

Tips:

You can press and hold 1 on your calling app on your phone and it will dial your voice mail automatically.
Calling your voicemail from your Public Mobile phone use minutes (for people who have 10$/15$ plan with limited minutes
Another way to access voicemail is you can call yourself from a different phone/number and once it goes into voicemail you can press * key and it will ask you to put your pin number. You can also access your voicemail that way.

@HM1212 just hold the number 1 and it should call it and then follow the promps to record your name
