You can use recharge.com. Also you can buy a voucher available at many retailers and call 611 to make a payment.

There are couple of options you can make a payment.

1) Use a credit card/mastercard in "MySelf serve account"

2) Go to www.recharge.com and buy a payment voucher.

3) you can call 611 from your phone and make a payment that way as well.

4) go to nearest store ans buy a payment voucher and call 611 and use the voucher to activate the plan.
