You need moderator help to accomplish this. Use &lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/5106"&gt;@NDesai&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;'s link to activate your SIM using a temporary cell phone number. Create your self service account. This gives you an opportunity to test your SIM and creates a safety net in case something goes wrong with the port. Then contact the moderators to port your number.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Click on the green questionmark in the white circle at the bottom right of your screen . This connects to the autobot Simon .
