    <description>&lt;P&gt;we switched 3 phoned from telus to PM yesterday.&amp;nbsp; of course the last phone gave us issues.&amp;nbsp; sim card would not recognise during registration (told us to try different browser)&amp;nbsp; we switched from chrome to safari (safari would not recognise our alternate number in reg process)&amp;nbsp; switched to firefox and it seemed to work no problem.&amp;nbsp; we got the welcome email from PM and the sorry to see you go email from telus.&amp;nbsp; but it will not recognise the sim card in the last phone we switched.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Says NO SIM where it should read Public Mobile.&amp;nbsp; i doubled checked with telus that its unlocked.&amp;nbsp; I double checked that we paid for 3 sim cards on my walmart receipt.&amp;nbsp; ive triple checked the card is in correctly, ive turned off and off several times.&amp;nbsp; Any suggestions&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Contact the moderators and explain your situation.&amp;nbsp; Click on the green questionmark in the white circle at the bottom right of your screen . This connects to the autobot Simon.&amp;nbsp; Type moderator and follow the prompts to get to one . (CLICK on account specific question and human and submit a ticket ). Wal-Mart has had a high incidence of defective SIM cards. You can message the moderators to be absolutely&amp;nbsp; sure it's not a provisioning issue. Return it to Wal-Mart for an exchange. Change the SIM card number in account while you are there to be sure it works.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;thanks very much.&amp;nbsp; this seems to be the most likely scenario.&amp;nbsp; Its in my sons phone so i will have to attempt this after school&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If it works, the phone should.
