You checkmark the "have you been referred " box and then enter the referral code in the box supplied. Read your code carefully as "0"s and "O"s and "1"s, "I"s and small "l"s (even though referral codes only have capital letters in them) and sometimes "2"s and "Z"s can be confusing to decipher and easily mixed up.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
