I have $59 in my account and I'm trying to reactivate my plan which is $50 and ievery time I press reactivate plan it keeps saying to put money in my account

Try making a manual payment of $1.

No worries, anything above your plan renewal fee will remain in your account.

@lulu2006 If your phone is currently working don't do anything just let the plan renewal complete on its own.

Try adding $1 funds to your account

even though you have 59$ adding 1$ should kick in the activation.....

I’m having the same issue,

I tried the $1 trick and it’s still not reactivating. This is clearly a bug that public mobile needs to fix.
