    <description>&lt;P&gt;I don't want to be rude, but I also know how to calculate percentages. The Problem is, however, the PM does not calculate my 2x referal = $20 Loyalty = $12 autoPay = $6 Refer a frend ($1 per active frend) = $6 &amp;nbsp; TOTAL = $46 And Sim card stopped working I had to go 35 Km one way to the public Internet to order a Sim card next $10 (I live in Rular area) Now I wasted my limited and valuable date to explain that 13% should not be counted from $110 I need someone from the office having access to my account in order to check and correct the error.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

So you likely paid more than usual. PM stated that they fixed the issues and likely credited your account for unpaid rewards.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If if you want, screenshot your payment history page.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Check your transaction history and see if the account credit ( in the other case $60) was posted before or after your top up. The other client was charged that amount extra plus taxes. Maybe you were hit by the same issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
