      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a Wheatek , Hotwav phone&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Model cyber 8.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I registered, selected/paid for plan and installed the SIM, An Icon is apparent at the top of the main screen, it does not show any signal, When I attempt to make a call it displays a mesage "No Network available"&amp;nbsp; it does however register on the usage section of the web portal..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have followed all the directions supplied by the android helper (electronic idiot).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My wife's phone on the same carrier works at this location..&amp;nbsp; and my sim registers in her phone..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am now in limbo and need some helpful direction&amp;nbsp; ..&amp;nbsp; TIA..&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Philip&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Did you reboot your phone once you inserted PM sim? Try changing network settings to 3G only and see if that works.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
