PM will use your available fund in your account first to renew your plan before taking money out from your autopay cc.

What plan do you have ? When is your renewal due ? How much $$ is in Available Funds ? Do you have a valid credit card on your account to take advantage of Autopay ?

Once you top up your account and/or have autopay enabled the system will take out of your account what is owing (minus any rewards) towards your next renewal. If you want to buy an add on you have to go to the plans and add-ons section choose one, submit and click payment and then the funds will be taken from your account.

If you have available credit, and your autopay is enabled, the system will first charge from your credit then your credit/debit card. You can also use the credit to buy add-on. Furthermore, if you don’t have autopay enabled and suppose you are using a 40$ plan and you have 10$ available in credit. Just topup 30$ using pin / voucher and you can pay the monthly bill from there.
