Hi @annettedavid

I'm not understanding this one very well.

What date did they take 80?

Was that only from your credit card with 40 left in the acount in form of balance or did your plan consume all 80?

What date did they change your plan and take 40 from your account?

Side note, on the day of renewal your account balance will be used to cover for the bill, if it's not enough the autopay will kick in if you enabled it. To prevent this you can report your phone lost before due date.

If you don't have autopay and if there is not enough money on your account the renewal will fail and your account will be suspended. If you don't touch it for 90 days it will shut down permanently, you will lose any balance add-ons or rewards you have on it. If you want too retreive the account balance you would have to contact moderators well in advance and ask for reimbursement.
