Facebook , Messenger, and surfing do not work even if I open my Data.&amp;nbsp; We had done the Self serve at the store where we bought the SIM card. I will try your suggestions.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Could also be that if a number was ported, the port is not complete. Use previous sim until it stops working which means port is complete. Insert PM sim to continue with service.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
