In both cases, your Koodo account must be active to port. It is also recommended that you activate your SIM card with a temporary cell phone number, and&amp;nbsp; set up your self service/my account . Then port from within If its postpaid.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it's prepaid you will need moderator help. To contact a moderator and explain your situation . Click on the green questionmar in the white circle at the bottom right of your screen . This connects to the autobot Simon .Type moderator and follow the prompts to get to one (CLICK on account specific question and human and submit a ticket ).
