@NicoleStates It should work. Just try it by accessing your selfserve and try adding it the worse thing that happens is it doesn't work. Another option is to submit a ticket to PM and ask them.

@NicoleStates , there are several other threads related to Virtual Visa cards on this forum and none of them list solutions.

These are the instructions commonly given for all credit cards:

Your address must match the billing address of the credit card exactly. Don't use the apt# field. Use a 6 character postal code (X1X1X1), no space. Don't use special characters like # or &.

I think it would be best to follow @geopublic 's advice and contact @CS_Agent . It would be nice if you posted the result of your enquiry so that others may find the solution here in the future.

Just to update this for future observers. I submitted a ticket and asked a moderator, and the answer is NO. It CAN be used as a one time top up, but not to register for Auto-pay.
