Hi everyone,

Can someone please help me with how to set up data usage text notifications? I read that I can manage my data by getting a text when I use 75-95% of my data, but I'm not sure how to turn this feature on.

Or is it already set up for all users? Thanks for any input

@Sonja, the data warnings are automatic. There is no set up required. You will get SMS notifications when you hit the 75% and 90% usage levels. Customer cannot change these warning limits. It is all preprogrammed into the system.

@Sonja you can also have your phone give notification when an amount has been used. It is in Data Usage in Android phones.

I only get a notification when I reach 95%. how can I fix this to get a notification at 75%?
