Isn't this a function you do on your phone? On the iPhone, Settings -> Phone -> Call forward

Yes call forwarding is normally enabled/disabled through your phone.

Thank you I read this information Question if I follow the instructions, and then remove

the sim card, will it still work I believe without a sim card people can still leave a voice message, but unsure if will forward my calls.

If you use the Unconditional call forwarding, it will work regardless if your phone is off or SIM is out of phone. To enable, dial '*21*' + ten-digit phone number + '#' + SEND

It will work until you disable it again (by dialing '#21#')

@LovesToPM correct, call forwarding is done at the network level, not at the device level.
