I have lost my public mobile SIM. How can I get another SIM?

You can get another one at many retail locations.

Walmart sells them, London drugs etc.

Once you get a new one log into your account and click "Change SIM Card" to add it to your account.

To the Left of orange arrow. On pic below before reset voicemail password.

The first thing you'll want to to do is to mark it lost/stolen in your self-serve.

Then you can simply buy another one in a store or online and Change SIM in your self-serve and "find" it.

You can order one through either Amazon.ca or PM. If you live near one of the retailers then you could puchase one from them.
