      <description>&lt;P&gt;The same thing happened to me. I topped-up my account last week.&lt;BR /&gt;During the renewal on Oct 25, I was expecting the $2 autopay reward to cover the remaining cost of my plan.&lt;BR /&gt;Instead $2 + taxes was charged to my credit card.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I had written to moderators and already received a reply possibly from a new employee. He said that everything is ok. I just wrote back asking where is my $2 autopay reward?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
