    <description>&lt;P&gt;Oh! I missed that link.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So I did what they said... but after I "Reset to default" then my old service provider was still there (koodo). So maybe its a koodo phone?&amp;nbsp;But then... if that's the issue... then texting and talking wouldn't work either, right? Cause those would be similar to the data. They should either both work... or both not work...&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyways... I continued... and it's the same.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Still no data.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I thought I got it! :S&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm not techy, but with google's help I found my APN settings.. and it was set to my old provider.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I clicked + to add a new one and gave it the name Public Mobile, and manually set all those other parts as you specified... then&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;I saved it...&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But now I cannot select it...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-- The one with the old provider has a bubble and it is selected. And the new one I created doesn't have a bubble, so I cannot select it...&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Help?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It's also worth trying to delete all extra APN if the phone allows.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Done! And Public Mobile did come up!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I clicked on it, it said "Registered on network"&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But data still isn't working.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I know. It's super strange. Talking and texting works, but not data. I would let it go, except my phone cannot send pictures using WiFi. I have to have Data to send pics.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Which you have now so don't look at that again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did you turn on Mobile data?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
