I thought I got it! :S&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm not techy, but with google's help I found my APN settings.. and it was set to my old provider.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I clicked + to add a new one and gave it the name Public Mobile, and manually set all those other parts as you specified... then&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;I saved it...&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But now I cannot select it...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-- The one with the old provider has a bubble and it is selected. And the new one I created doesn't have a bubble, so I cannot select it...&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Help?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It's also worth trying to delete all extra APN if the phone allows.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If yes, then you need to add the APN again. APN Type should be default,MMS not sure we're you got internet + MMS from.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I wish I could sent screen shots.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I went to the Mobile Networks... and there are five options.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Mobile data (checked off) "Enable data access over mobile network"&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Data roaming (unchecked)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Access Point Names&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Network mode LTE/WCDMA/GSM (auto connect) (checked)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;EM&gt;The other options here are WCDMA/GSM (auto connect),&amp;nbsp;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;EM&gt;WCDMA only, or GSM only&amp;nbsp;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Network operators "Select a Network Operator"&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;When I clicked here to see if Public Mobile might be available... a "Searching" window popped up and continued searching for a long time till I clicked away or the phone went to sleep.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;What do you mean "factory reset"? No, it was just a regular "turn phone off, and back on" lol.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There's only a few options with the APN types. It was either "Internet" or "Internet + MMS" or "MMS"&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Which you have now so don't look at that again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did you turn on Mobile data?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
