I contracted to $25.00/month. I have been charged $30.00. I want the overcharges refunded

You do have to pay taxes on top of the $25.

If you want, you could screenshot your payment history page to provide more information. Omit any personal information.

1. You need to pay tax when you add fund to your account.

2. What is the amount of available fund in your overview page after login?

The excess amount will be used for next renewal.

There was a problem with autopay earlier this week, so that might have affected the month's payment. A screenshot of your payment history page would provide useful information.

Not until we have a chance to see your payment history screenshot with your personal info masked out. We don't know what had happened.

How much is your available fund in your account?

You can create a moderator support ticket using the ? button at the right side bottom corner of this page.

Enter "contact human" as question one or more times. SIMon will eventually show you the "Submit a ticket" button. Click on submit button to get the create ticket screen.

Moderator wait time is up to 2 days.

Did you get a promo, pay $25 for $30 Plan? If so, the promo discount period may have ended after three or six months.
