@Rob1963To contact a moderator you need to click on the ? on the lower right hand corner. Chat with SIMon with your issue, so it can create a support ticket for the moderators for you. Once you think it understands the issue, type submit ticket. Expect a moderator to get back to you up to 48 hours.

@Rob1963 Yep @GinYVR has pretty much summed it up. Just remember simple Simon as I call him is kind of irritating and a little dumb so you may lose your patience with him. Then just ask for a human. If you don't get your point across take the ticket reference # and follow up with a private message to the moderators quoting the ref # and explain your issue. If you happen to just give up with Simon you can just private message the mods but include your ful name, email, pin code and phone number to verify you are the account holder.

To submit a ticket to the Moderator Team, please start a conversation with the Public's virtual assistant, SIMon by clicking here or the icon (bottom right of your screen).

If you are still having problems contacting Public Mobile then click here. The link sends you to the private message function and adds the moderator team as recipient for a private message. You just have to enter a title and text in the body of the message describing the problem and post. The message will be received by the moderator team and they will respond to it. You will receive the response in your private message inbox.

Please note that account verification may be required when contacting the Moderator Team

There are 2 ways to contact the Moderator Team:

Faster response- Get help with your account the easy way by starting a conversation with our virtual assistant, SIMon. It’ll take you to relevant help articles, or if it’s something more urgent, it can help you submit a ticket to the Moderator Team. Click here to get started.
Slower- Alternatively, you can send a private message to the Moderators by clicking here. You’ll need to be logged in to your Community account for the link to work.

Once connected to Simon, you will be asked to log in again with your community user name and password. Please do, this allows you to continue and send your message.
- Check your private message sent box (click on the envelope top right of your screen) to make sure the message was sent.

- Keep an eye on the envelope top right of your screen. The mods answer will show up there. When it does, you will be asked to verify your self service account, with your password and login. Doing so allows the process to continue. Stay safe.

@Mike40999 Instructions for contacting the moderarors were provided earlier in the thread. Sorry, but sim cards often take more than 2 days to arrive. Public Mobile says generally up to 10 business days. Also, please do contact the moderators now to change your PIN. The information that you posted is enough for someone to steal your phone number by moving it to a different carrier.
