      <description>&lt;P&gt;My rewards for this month weren't applied to my payment and I was overcharged. I've tried to open a ticket but the option to continue is greyed out even though I have all fields filled.       <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/36738"&gt;@potatodespot&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;I think (because the system is too new to know) that you must separate missing referral rewards from the others because only the person who was giving you the referral may ask for the correction.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So, try leaving the referral credit error blank and submit the rest. Then have your friend apply for the missing referral on your behalf.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;OR, follow William's suggestion to work your way to a blank form and submit the request there.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
