as above sample, I can't be told it's pm or am, and what timezone is.

It should show the time which the timezone I am in.

Everything in your self serve account is Eastern Standard Time. It cannot be changed. You can only change time zone in your community forums account. Self serve for everyone is EST.

ok, but it should be shown in timestamp by attaching timezone at least, otherwise, it's so confused.

@orcsun , you have a point. It is est as @Jb456 points out. But originally, I thought it was on a 24 hour clock. But it isn't. So , am or pm should be added to prevent any confusion. Or it should be switched to a 24 hour clock.

thanks! it will be very helpful.

I would suggest to append the "est" after timestamp, it should be easy from technical part, and it will be nice for users.

In my profile, the timezone is Pacific Time, but it still show me EST.

Community Forum Account. You can change time zone.

Self serve account. Cannot be changed. It is Eastern Standard Time for everyone.
