Can rewards earned from this community platform be carried over to the next billing cycle?

@John12My experience is if your community rewards will be converted into your balance during the renewal cycle. If it is larger than your bill, then the remainder will go to your balance.

How long does it take to get the reward points at the account after answering or asking questions here?

@John12The moderators usually tabulate, announce the rankings of the user at the first week of the month. The reward amount usually appear on your selfserve account around that time.

@John12 rewards are announced around the 7th-11th of each month for participation in the previous calendar month.
