Hi, I did not receive my $2 auto-reload reward the past month (september). Could you please let me know why and how this can be fixed?

@mpsangwa Did you do an immediate plan change recently? If yes, then the reward will be applied on your next renewal. If not, check your payment history and if the reward is missing then submit a ticket to get the reward added to your account.

If you are a new customer with PM, then your autopay bonus will be available for use for your next month's payment, you should see a total of $4 available for the next cycle. The first month you pay the full payment for the plan.

You can submit a ticket to a moderator by clicking on the circled question mark on the page and following instructions. When you first sign up with PM you won't get the 2.00 reward then. It will carry over to the next payment cycle.
