Issue with Autopay - Rewards are not being applied

Hi there !
I'm using Autopay with $40 plan and with $2 reward,

the due amount should be 38 + tax but after first two months it started charging me $42.94
What's wrong here ?

It's possibly just tax. What is the tax rate in your province?

38*1.13 = $42.94

@harshpanchal @RossN is indeed correct. $38×.13%=$42.94. When you activated you paid $40 +tax. Your renewal would have charged you $40-$4 autopay for your first 30 *and second 30 day plans. So $36+13% tax =$40.68 Your third renewal and following renewals will be $42.94 unless you change your plan.

*autopay rewards are credited towards your first renewal
