      <description>&lt;P&gt;Do not close Chatr account before porting as it must remain active. Account #, phone #, and address will need to be provided. Port may take several hours or a day to complete. Use Chatr sim until it stops working at which point port is complete. Insert PM sim then to continue with service.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
