If you were referred to PM by someone you would have had a $10 one time credit though that would have shown up to go towards your bill for month #2 (at 30 days in) lowering that bill. Maybe you are now at 60 days (Bill #3) not at 30 days? Thus the $10 helped at on your previous bill.

We are going to need an accurate accounting or a screenshot of your Billing activity from online to help you.
