Self-serve down?

I am loged on to my account but somehow when I click My account, I cant get through. Blank screen appears and goes nowhere. Tried on my phone and computer.

Is the system down?

I've been having difficulties for the last hour. For me, the page is blank also. Igcognito mode or swtiching browsers doesn't help, and neither does using a different internet connection.

I'm getting that too. Try again in an hour or two before retrying to see if the page comes back.
