      <description>&lt;P&gt;Is it possible that your phone is LOCKED?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do you get any message when you put sim in like "enter sim network unlock code"?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If so you have to contact the provider that you got phone from and ask for the unlock code. It is free to get.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it's a Samsung phone go to Samsung Canada website and start a live chat with them for Unlock code.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
