      <description>&lt;P&gt;Probably unlikely where both devices are showing the symptom, but try removing and reseating both SIM cards? Check the SIM slot for dust and debris while you're at it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

So it must be isolated to one tower or one area of town.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
