      <description>&lt;P&gt;Click the ? in lower right side of screen to start process of contacting a moderator. They'll make the correction as long as you had a valid credit card on your account at time of renewal.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/103723"&gt;@Alinaw&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PM did not give you the autopay $2 on your September renewal.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Create a moderator support ticket using the ? button at the right hand bottom corner of this page.&amp;nbsp; Moderator wait time is up to 2 days.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Moderator will manually add $2 to your account as available fund which can be used for next renewal.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
