The first thing others need to know is which type of code that you are looking for.

If your phone is asking for a SIM Network Unlock PUK, that means that the phone is locked to a different carrier. You would have to get that from the manufacturer or previous carrier.

The part that I'm wondering about is when you say that you locked your phone by mistake. For that reason, I'm leaning towards you needing the PUK of your sim card rather than getting your phone unlocked. Was your phone previously asking for the SIM Network Unlock PIN and then started asking for the SIM Network Unlock PUK after trying a few times unsuccessfully? If that's what happend, your phone is locked to a different carrier.

If you had activated the secuirty fetaures of your sim card and tried to enter the sim card's PIN too many times inccorectly, you will now need that sim card's unique PUK. Only Public Mobile would be able to provide you with that. Public Mobile can be contacted by opening a ticket using https://publicmobile.ca.ada.support/chat/ .

@mavis120 I had to ask the manufacture for help, I was in the middle of changing my phones password. And before I could complete it, I hit the on/ off button which locked me out. After a few tries , I was up to 10 hours wait time to try again😁. Any I bit the bullet and contacted them. And they unlocked it for me.
