Good afternoon,

Someone in my family wants to switch to Public from Freedom. She had switched to Freedom from Koodo (and ported her number) 3 months ago, but she isn't happy with their signal strength where she lives. Would it be possible to switch to Public and porting her number? If not, how often are you allowed to port your number?

Thanks for the help.

There's no limit to porting a number. However, we would recommend that you activate your SIM with a temporary phone number , and set up your service/ my acount first before porting your number from within. Please note that your Freedom account must be active to port .

@jgabbar wrote:

Good afternoon,

Someone in my family wants to switch to Public from Freedom.
