      <description>&lt;P&gt;My sim card is locked, I didn't create an account so when I am trying to create one, I don't received the txt msg for the code. ( must be related to being locked I guess ) .&amp;nbsp; So how I can unlock it ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Can you provide more details please.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What exactly is the message you get on your phone as there is different locks?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are you just signing up?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did you try to activate and now it says invalid sim on the activation webpage?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Or is it a message on your phone like SIM NETWORK LOCKED, SIM UNLOCK PIN?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you just signed up (or attempted to) can you check if your credit card was charged?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please provide more details so we can assist you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Samsung and/or your previous carrier can give you this. &amp;nbsp; "SIM network unlock PIN" &amp;nbsp;is asking for your previous carrier's unlock code - just contact them with your IMEI and they'll give it to you. If you enter this incorrectly too many times, you'll get the error message above. &amp;nbsp; “PIN unlock key (PUK)” &amp;nbsp;is a SIM-specific code used to prevent unauthorised use of a SIM card.&amp;nbsp; The PIN (Personal Identification Number) enables secure access to the SIM card and network.
