      <description>&lt;P&gt;it means you can only call 911&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;try logging into your account and see the account status&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;if active then a sim or phone issue,&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;if inactive&amp;nbsp; possible payment failure.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;if can;t login or email not recognised&amp;nbsp; then there are account issues&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;try doing a manual network search&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;try sim in another phone&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

The mere act of purchasing a SIM does not activate it. Did you go through the activation process?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
