Clear your browser. Use incognito/secret mode in Firefox or chrome as they work best and start the process over again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; If you got the invalid sim message on the very first attempt there is a very small chance you have a defective SIM card. If you purchased from public mobile open a service ticket&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; to speak with moderators about a credit/refund. If you bought at a retail location go back and ask for an exchange / refund. Have them test the old sim card/new sim and consider doing your actinpvation in store. If its walmart they may offer you the sim for free if activated in store.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;There's no way to check if a Sim Card # has been used or who it belongs to because that information is private. Technically, you can go to a booth in a retail location and ask them to see if they can perform an Activation or Sim Card Swap for you with that Sim Card, it should provide an error message saying that the Sim has been used/is invalid if it's been used before.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If you have the physical SIM go to the activation screen, type in the 19 digit number and move to another field. No error it’s ok......error and it has been already activated.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
