      <title>Drop phone calls</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Can someone help me ? I’ve been with Piblic mobile since 2018. . This &amp;nbsp;yr ( don’t remember exactly when it started ) but my phone started dropping my calls after 1 hr ( have anytime unlimited calling ) now past few days it’s been dropping calls within 5 mins of talking . My acct is up to date , I’ve taken SIM card out and still no resolution. I found APN settings there is digits in there .I don’t know if correct and can’t find Public mobile APN numbers . Please help or I’m going to have to go with another carrier as my cell is only phone I have for home and on road . Thankyou for your time&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/102477"&gt;@Cao&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Maybe try your SIM in another phone to help determine whether it is hardware issue versus PM service issue.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If PM service issue, there have been some reports about drop phone calls.&amp;nbsp; You may need to contact moderator to investigate.&amp;nbsp; Click on quesiton mark on right lower corner of website and start ticketing process.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The chat thing last nite suggested taking sim card out ( which I did ) and to check APN settings .. I know where they are but have no idea if # s in there are correct or not as I don’t know nor know where to find correct settings . Do you have APN number setting so I can see if they match with what’s in my phone ..Thankyou&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
