Hi!

I need to update my payment information. I’m trying to creat a self serve account to make the update but it’s not accepting my phone number?? I made sure to not put any spaces or dashes. I’ve had this number for many years.

Any my help would be much appreciated!

Try using a different browser and incoginto mode. Also clear your cache and cookies then reboot. If you still need help then submit a ticket by clicking on the question mark on the bottom right.

@Kimberly2 did you sign up through reseller ie Walmart? Or did you register your SIM yourself? For option 1 try @Triguy suggestion. Option 2 try the forgot password link if you remember the email used.

If either option fails, contact a moderator. Click on the green questionmark in the white circle at the bottom right of your screen .This connects to the autobot Simon .Type moderator and follow the prompts to get to one. (CLICK on account specific question and human and submit a ticket)

Using another browser such as chrome or fire fox has helped me in the past. I also have more success of my phone than on my computer for some reason.

if not you could ask Simon the robot to see if he could help!
