I’m trying to creat a self serve account to make the update but it’s not accepting my phone number?? I made sure to not put any spaces or dashes. I’ve had this number for many years.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any my help would be much appreciated!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Try using a different browser and incoginto mode.&amp;nbsp; Also clear your cache and cookies then reboot.&amp;nbsp; If you still need help then submit a ticket by clicking on the question mark on the bottom right.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Or did you register your SIM yourself? Click on the green questionmark in the white circle at the bottom right of your screen .This connects to the autobot Simon .Type moderator and follow the prompts to get to one.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Using another browser such as chrome or fire fox has helped me in the past. I also have more success of my phone than on my computer for some reason.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if not you could ask Simon the robot to see if he could help!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
