      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had intended to change my plan to a 30 day plan from the 120 day plan - but then topped up with $40.00 before changing the plan.&amp;nbsp; I only need the phone for another 20 days!!&amp;nbsp; But to activate I need to add another $$ for the 120 day plan.&amp;nbsp; Is there any way I can either cancel and get my $40 back or change the plan to a 30 day plan and have the $40 Public Mobile already has to it?&amp;nbsp; Very frustratedd with Public Mobile!!!!&amp;nbsp; They should not take $$ from you without alerting you that it is not enough for the plan your on!!!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
