@AdamLove , It is great to see the questions but each one doesn't need to be a new thread lol. I suggest doing some reading of other threads there is a lot of great information provided.

Now public Mobile does have some Kiosks in certain malls and there are many 3rd party retailers out there already.

@AdamLove I rather doubt it, since Koodo would be Telus's answer to compete with Lucky mobile and Freedom mobile.
