It is unlikely you would receive it (even with Amazon prime) before the current promotion is over. You can check local "craigslist" type sites that may have an enterprising local who sells SIM cards in your area or there are some members that can activate a SIM card for you and ship it but that can only be done thru private messages. I do not do that personally but I can advise you of a few members that do if you wish to by messaging me privately.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you are not in a rush to switch to Public Moble, you could order a PM sim from Amazon.ca and wait until a new promotion is launched. I have no idea about the timing, but I wouldn't think a terribly long time because I noticed a couple of promotions were announced since I switched to PM during a holiday give-away promotion last December.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
