      <description>&lt;P&gt;My account got deactivated and when I want to login or reset my account to continue my plan it only says that the account is locked and I have to wait on community. SIMon bot could not help me either.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You will either have to go to retailer and buy a voucher , and apply it using 611. Or use a service like recharge.com &lt;A href="https://www.recharge.com/en/canada/public-mobile-top-up.&amp;nbsp;" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://www.recharge.com/en/canada/public-mobile-top-up.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/A&gt; Then contact a moderator to reactivate it for you. Click on the green questionmark in the white circle at the bottom right of your screen. This connects to the autobot Simon.&amp;nbsp; Type moderator and follow the prompts to get to one.
